Below are a few questions I get asked daily.

My coaching services are for those who are ready for REAL change in multiple aspects of their life. Physique, mindset and lifestyle.

No, I do not offer this service as there’s no one-size fit’s all when it comes to nutritional plans, so they are more than often ineffective without someone there to guide you. If you’d like nutritional help, I’d recommend applying for my coaching services.

No. Although this a common time-frame used by many online programmes and coaches, I believe in helping clients build a solid infrastructure of habits that are healthy and sustainable for the long-term.

Although everyone’s goals and rates of progression differ, with enough patience and commitment, we can acheive your goals together.

Once you’ve submitted an application here, I will respond to your application within 1-2 working days. If your application is successful, we will schedule a consultation call to discuss your goals in more detail and answer any questions you may have.

You will then be guided through an on-boarding process to set you up with everything you need for the coaching service including your monthly coaching payment set-up.

Once I have all the information required, your first block of programming will be ready within 2-3 working days. You will then receive your on-boarding video guiding you through all aspects of your sheets, the plan of action and to clear up any final questions.

Yes. If you no-longer wish to continue with your coaching, you must inform me as soon as possible. Once informed, I can then cancel your monthly payments, or you can do so yourself.

I highly recommend clients commit a minimum of 12 weeks to allow enough time to tailor the coaching service effectively to allow for the best results. As with most things in life, patience is essential.

No. I do not distribute cookie-cutter programmes to any of my clients. Each client receives an individualised programmed designed around their specific requirements.

Programmes differ depending on multiple factors such as goal, experience, dietary requirements, training equipment and frequency, injuries to name a few.
