Answer - Do whatever feels right for you. It’s your holiday after all.

For myself, training is a big part of my day and makes me feel good. Combine that with a great weather, good food and my favourite people? It’s bliss. ✌🏼

But if I don’t feel like training and I want to sit buy the pool with a mango margarita and do f all, then I’ll do just that.

Let’s be real, 1-2 weeks of less structured eating/training isn’t going to destroy your physique.

Do whatever it is that allows you to switch off and enjoy yourself, or else you won’t get that mental re-set that you went for in the first place. ♻️🧠

When you return, you’ll be psychologically ready to get back to business. 🚀 #justchill

The goal here was to combine both an aggressive clean-up phase and holiday prep into one and we’ve done exactly that, two birds one stone. 🐦

Liam’s work rate is unreal, and it shows in his results whether it be fat loss or pushing for size. 🫡

Currently holding off from increasing food since upper body training isn’t at 100% after picking up this mild elbow bursitis. Doesn’t make much sense.🙃

Frustrated is an understatement as the plan was coming together perfectly.

Fat loss phase done, mind re-set after holiday and ready to start that off-season with some good momentum. 🏎

Regardless, no point in feeling sorry for myself, curveballs are a part of the game.

Now shifting my focus onto keeping nutrition in check, pushing hard at what I can still train, maintaining composition and rehabbing this elbow as quickly as possible so the real fun can begin.

Holiday prep and phase 1 of Operation Skinless complete for my man @tommy_jones98 ✅ 🥷

10 weeks, 12.3kg down, performance retained. 🫡

The real win is that he’s surpassed his previous leanest look with an additional 4kg of bodyweight, insane.

Tommy’s just one of those guys that cracks on with it. He’s consistent, works damn hard, asks questions and absorbs everything like a sponge.

‘Chilled’ holiday for him now to recharge, then we resume business and get him in real condition. 🔪

No doubts in my mind of his abilities, this is going to be something special. 👏 #results
